Prices quoted on this website are for quantities in our current inventory stock.  If additional items are ordered, you will be notified immediately if the manufacturer has instituted a price increase.  Manufacturers also reserve the right to “Discontinue” items without prior notification.

Residential and commercial design consultations are always available. Returns
Store merchandise may be returned within 3 days for a full refund. After 3 days, all merchandise sales are final!

All purchases of “SALE” items are final. Please note there are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES or REFUNDS on sale merchandise!

Due to their custom nature all “Special Order” merchandise is non-returnable, and requires a prepayment equal to 50% of retail upon placing the order. This prepayment is non-refundable. Once the order has been placed with the manufacturer, there are no cancellations of “Special Orders”.

All “Holds” and “Approvals” are for 3 days only! After 3 days your credit card will be charged for items taken on approval. Items may be placed on hold in the store for 3 days only.

Shipping and Delivery Information

For continental U.S. deliveries, we ship either common carrier or FedEx depending on the size and weight of your order. Shipping rates vary and are calculated by weight.  Over-sized items or items weighing over 90 pounds qualify as freight and are handled by a white-glove delivery service and are delivered directly to your home or office.  This service requires additional shipping fees and could result in longer shipping times.  After placing your order, please fill out your contact information and you will be contacted by one of our staff to schedule a white-glove freight delivery.

For deliveries within 250 miles of our store, Villa Dauphine delivery fees apply.  Local delivery in Mobile County incurs a $75.00 delivery fee. In Baldwin County, areas such as Spanish Fort, Malbis, Fairhope and Daphne will incur an $85.00 delivery charge. The remainder of Baldwin County, i.e.: Foley, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, Ono Island… will incur a mileage round trip fee, with a minimum trip charge of $85.00.

Outside delivery areas, such as, all points along the Florida Panhandle, the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Central or Northern Alabama, and Louisiana will incur a mileage round trip fee with an $85.00 minimum trip charge.

Pick Up of Returned Merchandise
Returned merchandise will be subject to a pick up fee equal to the shipping and delivery charges.  Once the returned merchandise has been received in our warehouse, a credit will be issued for the purchased amount of the returned item.

Damaged Merchandise Please inspect all merchandise for damages immediately upon arrival. If the merchandise you ordered is damaged, please notify us at 251-344-0020 within 24 hours.  Be sure to save all boxes and packaging so a claim can be filed with the shipper.
